Today was Alyssa's first day of preschool. It went great. I dropped her off in her classroom and she couldn't say good-bye to Aiden and I quick enough. I am sure the whole thing will not really hit me until Thursday, since today I had a steering meeting for MOPS and basically didn't "realize" she was away. I know she is only 3 1/2 and still has two years before kindergarten but I can't believe I am already sending my little girl to "school".When I picked her up she talked about how much fun she had and what she did. And tonight when I tucked her in she said "Mommy, I want to go back to school tomorrow." So maybe the only hard thing about this will be explaining to her that it is not everyday :)
Let's hope this adventure will stay positive!!!

I'm glad she had such a good time! Enjoy the time with Aiden. Is Aiden feeling better?
